Overview
Indian Institute of Management Indore, also known as IIM-I is the sixth IIM established under the IIM legacy. IIM Indore was founded in 1996. IIM Indore has been ranked 8 under the Management category by the NIRF India Ranking 2023. In addition to this, IIM Indore is ranked 5 and 6 by Outlook and Business Today Rankings 2023, respectively. IIM Indore is one of the popular government B-schools in India with an autonomous status. IIM Indore is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Admissions
Admission to IIM Indore's flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management is highly competitive. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) and a valid CAT score. The selection process includes the following stages
CAT Score: Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the Common Admission Test (CAT). The cutoff percentile typically hovers around 98.
Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates undergo WAT and PI rounds, assessing their communication skills, analytical thinking, and overall suitability for the program.
Final Selection: The final merit list is prepared considering CAT scores, academic records, work experience, and performance in WAT and PI.
Scholarship
