Arch courses at the IIITs (Indian Institute of Information Technology), NITs (National Institute of Technology) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) across the country.
the top 2,50,000 students from the JEE Main will qualify to appear for the JEE Advanced for admission to various undergraduate engineering programmes offered by IITs in India. The counselling cum seat allotment for all the IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs will be organised and managed by the Join Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA). In 2024, 121 institutes participated in JOSAA Counselling.

The NTA will release JEE Main 2025 admit card 3 days before the exam. Registered candidates can download the admit card from the official website. The admit card is an essential document that must be carried to the examination hall. The authority will inform candidates about the release of admit card through registered email ID and mobile number.
Steps to download JEE Main 2025 Admit Card
JEE Main 2025 will consist of three papers. Each paper will be of three hours. JEE Main 2025 question paper will include both multiple-choice questions as well as numerical based questions.

The application form of JEE Main 2025 for April exam was available from November in online mode. Candidates could fill and submit their JEE Main 2025 application form until March 6 for three papers 1 (BE/BTech), paper 2 (BArch) and paper 3 (BPlan).
The NTA has released JEE Main 2025 registration number. As compared to last year, the JEE Main 2025 registrations have increased for the January session. Below are the previous years' registration statistics. Candidates can check the number of JEE Main registrations for the last six years below.
The authority has also introduced a new category - EWS which has 81,413 registrations for JEE Main 2025. This might be one of the major reasons for the decline in the open category registrations by around 90,000.
NTA has published JEE Main 2025 syllabus for Paper 1, 2 and 3 in online mode on the official website. This year, the authority has separated BPlan from BArch. The syllabus will help candidates to plan their studies accordingly.

NTA will release the JEE Main 2025 eligibility criteria at jeemain.nta.ac.in. The eligibility of JEE Main 2025 will contain details like educational qualification, JEE age limit, nationality, marks in class 12 and jee mains percentage required, compulsory subjects, and more. Applicants who appeared/appearing for class 12th/equivalent in 2023, 2024 or 2025 are eligible for JEE Main 2025. Ineligibility of aspirants will lead to disqualification in the JEE Main exam.
