Overview
A prominent research center for chemical technology, the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), initially called the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), is situated and headquartered in Mumbai, India. Its primary emphasis is on educational and research initiatives in many disciplines of chemical engineering, technology, and pharmacy. It was founded in 1933 and given the title of a Deemed University in 2008, making it the only State-Funded Deemed University in India.
