Overview

Kishinchand Chellaram College (KC College) was established in the year 1954 under the aegis of the Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board. The college is permanently affiliated with the HSNC University, Mumbai and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. KC College has been re-accredited with an A grade by NAAC in three consecutive cycles. At present, KC College is offering various UG, PG, and Doctoral courses in the field of Arts, Commerce, and Science. Admissions to all the UG and PG courses are done on the basis of merit as per the HSNC University, Mumbai guidelines. Ph.D. admissions are based on the entrance which is further followed by a personal interview conducted by the college. KC College also provides placement and internship opportunities to all the students. Every year more than 50% of the students get placed in top-notch companies. The highest salary package offered at the college is INR 8 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 3-4.5 LPA.
