Overview
NLIU Bhopal was established by a legislation of the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in 1997 and is the second National Law School in India. Students from each specialization have diverse interests ranging from corporate law firms, teaching, banks, corporations and companies, to Non- Governmental Organisations.
NLIU offers LL.M specialization in I. Constitutional and Administrative Law, II. Human Rights and Criminal Law and III. Intellectual property and Business Law.

Admissions
NLIU offers a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program. Eligibility requires completion of 10+2 or equivalent with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Admission is based on CLAT scores. The university also offers a one-year LL.M. program with specializations in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Human Rights and Criminal Law, and Intellectual Property and Business Law.
