Overview
Chandigarh University (CU) is a private university, accredited by NBA and with an A+ Grade by the NAAC. The university is approved by UGC, AICTE, BCI, NCHMCT, PCI, COA, NCTE, AIU, and CSI. CU Chandigarh is a member of ICAR, AUAP, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, IUCEE, and ACS. Chandigarh Punjab University has been ranked one by The QS Asia University Rankings 2024 among all the Top Private Universities of India. Moreover, the university has been ranked 149 in Overall Asia Rank. In addition to this, the university has also ranked in the band of 691-700 by the QS World University Rankings 2025.
Currently, the law university is operating from its campus at Centre for Excellence in Telecom Training and Management (CETTM). Earlier, it shared campus with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai for the first two years.
