Overview
The LL.. B program offered by UPES School of Law provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with a strong foundation in legal knowledge and skills. The program covers a wide range of subjects, including constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, administrative law, and international law.

Admissions
UPES School of Law offers BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, LLM, and PhD programs, with admission through ULSAT, CLAT, and LSAT. Eligibility for UG law programs requires 10+2 with at least 50% marks. For LLM, candidates must have an LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
UPES School of Business provides BBA, MBA, and PhD programs, with admission based on CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, or UPESMET. MBA aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks. Selection is based on entrance scores, group discussions, and personal interviews.
Scholarship
UPES provides scholarships for meritorious, economically weaker, and special-category students. Law aspirants scoring above 80% in 12th or high CLAT/LSAT ranks receive 25%-100% tuition fee waivers. MBA students with high CAT/XAT/MAT scores are eligible for scholarships. Defense personnel wards and girls are offered exclusive financial aid. Additionally, UPES has continuation scholarships for high academic performers in later semesters. Applicants must apply through the UPES scholarship portal, submitting academic records, entrance scores, and financial documents. Selection is merit and need-based, and scholarships are renewable upon maintaining academic performance.
